Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just have a look through our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished you selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices and payments are in GB pounds only.

We accept card payments and PayPal payments. All card payments are made online and are processed through PayPal.

If you do not wish to pay on line we also accept cheques and Postal Orders.

All cheques are to be in GB pounds sterling and made payable to C&R Image with your name and address on the reverse. For payments by cheque allow 10 working days for your cheque to clear through our banking system. After clearance your purchase will be dispatched. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Whilst CheekyBabies / C&R Image have taken all reasonable care to make sure that the descriptions, details and prices of products shown are correct when entered to the website, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, prices and special offers have been published incorrectly.

When confirmation of your order is received by you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you confirmation that your order is being processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price/product availability we will contact you first to ensure you still with to proceed with your purchase.

All products are subject to availability. There is sometimes a delay between when the order is placed and acceptance and this may affected the number of stock available. If the item(s) order by you become out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and give an expected date for receipt of new stock.

Delivery

The many of our products are personalised to order or ordered from our supplier for you, this does mean that our delivery times are flexible. However, we aim to deliver all orders in mainland UK within 7 -14 working days of cleared payments.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you at the email address provided by you on the order form.

Your purchase will be send to you in the most cost effective manner, either Royal Mail Recorded Signed for Delivery or Courier.

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the Delivery Company / Royal Mail and correct the problem.

If an item is returned to us due to you not being at the address to receive the goods or responding to any card left by the couriers, then a second delivery charge will be made before the goods are re-delivered.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery within the UK. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

However, if your order is large or bulky we may decide to use courier service, if so we will advise you of the name of the courier and any tracking information available. If a courier is used we will need to supply them with your full address and a telephone contact number in case there is a problem with your delivery.

Returns

For our products that have been personalised we are unable to accept returns, unless the product is faulty, we have made an error ie spelling mistake or damaged. If the product is faulty or damaged you must let us know within 2 days of receipt of the goods so we can sort something out for you. It may be that we will require the product to be returned to investigate the problem, if this is the case you should return the product in its original packing and in an unused condition. On receipt of the faulty or damaged item we will issue a replacement.

For goods that have not been personalised, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All goods returned to us must be in a saleable condition – unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it, together with the original packaging.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

Privacy Policy

CheekyBabies/C&R Image does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment and that information is complete by you, the customer. The information you complete at order stage is to allow us to complete your order and send it out to you and to email you with design approvals and other general correspondence.

However, we may from time to time send you an email of new products, special offers and services we can provide. Each email will clearly show that it is from CheekyBabies@crimage.co.uk. If you do not wish to receive such emails from us, just reply to that email and in the Subject line type REMOVE and we will remove your details from our database.

We use third party payment providers, like PayPal, as our payment gateway for receiving payment for purchases. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. By using third party payment providers we do not see your debit or credit card details.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that allow us to distinguish you from other users of the website which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.

The cookies we use are 'analytical' cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it. This helps up improve the way our website works, for example by making sure users are finding what they need easily.

We collect this information when you order any goods from us so we know your name, address, email and other relevant information about your order and with most online shopping sites.

We use this information for record keeping and accounting, so we know which products are popular and to improve our product range and services.

We may also use this information to let you know about your order updates and despatch and special offers via the email function.

We will note share or pass your information on to other organsitions.

We do not collect or hold inforamtion on your payment details as these are handled by our Third Party Providers, PayPal and MoneyBookers. There Privicy and Cookie Policies should give you more information.

You can alter your cookie settings / preferences through your Internet Browser.

By using this website and completing an order, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to this website.

Goods are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on this website. However, reproduction of colours does vary from monitor to monitor and we cannot guarantee that the colours you see accurately reflect the products.

For items that are personalised it is important that you check the details supplied at the time of placing the order as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect names, spelling or wrong dates, etc.
