Postage & Packing

Whilst we would like to say that P&P is free, we're sure you'' understand that it has to be paid for somehow and that is usually by increasing the cost of the individual item.  So if you buy 2 or more items you could end up paying more than necessary - in other words - twice as much!

That's why the sprice shown in the shop is for the individual product.  The cost of P&P is based on weight and added to your total order at checkout.  We've weighed each item before it's added to our site and the cost of postage is calculated based on that weight.   So if you decided to buy 2 or more products the weight is added up and you're charge a fair price for P&P on your purchase.

All our products are will wrapped prior to packing and sent out in heavy duty mail bags or box.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed for Delivery (Recorded) and a signature will be required on delivery to you.

However, if your order is large or bulky, we may decide to use a courier service.  If so we will advise you of the name of the courier and any tracking information available.  If a courier is used we will need to supply them with your full address and a telephone contact number in case there is a problem with your delivery.

 Ways to Pay

All payments are in GB Pounds.

We accept payment using PayPal or MoneyBookers where you can pay us using either credit or debit cards.   Both are Third Party Payment Providers and this means that none of your cards details are passed to us.

You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay us through PayPal.

If you prefer we still accept personal cheque and Postal Orders, but remember that cheque will need to go through the UK Bank Clearance system before we will depatch your order and this could take 10 days.

Please do not send an e-Cheque via PayPal as this can take also take 10 or more for clearance.

We will not accept cheque or Money Order from overseas buyers   -   PayPal or MoneyBookers only.

Overseas Buyers

If you live outside the UK then payment for your order will have to be via PayPal or MoneyBookers.   This will mean that you will get your order quicker as there will be no clearance required on payments, like cheques.   All payments are made securely and none of your personal bank/credit card details are supplied to us.

Cheques and Postal Order are only accepted from UK Buyers.

Errors & Omissions

We are only human and do make mistage, so if you notice something that doesn't seem right on our site please let us know so we have a chance to correct it.

If an error or mission as been made which has been noticed after you have made your order, we will contact you to let you know.  If it is an error with the product itself then you will have the opportunity whether or not to continue with your purchase.   If you decide not to continue with your purchase we will refund your payment in full.
